Dear BRMS Families,

I am writing to let you know that we will have another simulation of a new driveway traffic pattern on the afternoon of February 15th during student pick-up.  We have made a few modifications to the traffic pattern we demonstrated earlier in the year.  We are considering modifications to our driveway in order to make the space safer for students and to make necessary repairs.  Please remember that we are doing this simulation to make sure that we have an acceptable plan before it is finalized.  There will be several staff members helping to direct traffic.

There are some important things for BRMS families to know about this demonstration:

• Buses will drop students off in the same location.
• There will be a separate lane that is only for buses.
• There will be no parking along the driveway.
• All traffic will be driving one way; entering the driveway near the library and exiting near Browns River Middle School.
• BRMS Students Parent Pick Up Students will be dismissed 5 minutes early 2:40
• BRMS students who are picked up on this side of the building by the gym. Refer to map and follow the red line.  Please do not pick up your child in front of the building.
• Once you have picked up your child, you simply follow the loop going one way towards the exit on the Browns River Middle School side of the driveway.
• Please use the parking lot or front field for parking if you need to go into building to pick up your child.
