Girls on the Run/Heart and Sole Registration
We still have a few slots open for Girls on Track/Heart and Sole program this year. It is the Girls on The Run program for middle school girls (5-6th). If you are interested please see the previous blog for all of the details for this program or contact me at tina.gallagher@cesuvt.org. I can give you the details.
Registration ends on March 14, 2016 so please hurry. We have some limited scholarship money available as well. Thanks.

Cost: Now $30.00
Please make checks payable to BRMS and put in a sealed envelope with student’s name, CPR Teacher and yearbook order written on the front. Turn your envelopes in to Mrs. Border in the Guidance Office before or on Friday, April 15.
You will receive a receipt for your order from Mrs. Border within a week. If you don’t get your receipt, please contact her at diane.border@cesuvt.org to make sure your order has been placed.

Kinship Care & Adoptive Parent Support Group
Are you an adoptive parent or family member other than a biological parent who
is the primary caretaker of a CESU student?
If so, you are not alone!
Who: Adoptive parents, grandparents, and caregivers other than biological parents who are the primary caretaker of a CESU student
What: An opportunity to share resources, information, and support with other families who may have similar experiences and challenges
When: Monday, March 14th, 5:00 – 6:00 PM
This will be a monthly group. Future dates and times will be determined by the group.
* There will be childcare available for those participating in the group.
Where: Browns River Middle School, Guidance Classroom, 20 River Rd., Jericho
Participation in this group is free and we encourage you to spread the word and invite others to this group who may wish to participate.
It is helpful to RSVP so that we can set up to accommodate the group size. To RSVP or you have questions about the group, you can contact Ellen Arrowsmith, School Social Worker, at 802-338-1676 or ellen.arrowsmith@cesuvt.org.

Summer Camps
MMU Youth Football Camp: This is a non-contact camp open to boys and girls grades 2-8. MMU Youth Football Camp offers players the chance to become familiar with football and start working on football fundamentals, while emphasizing player safety. For five evenings, youth players have the opportunity to work with local experienced high school players and coaches to learn more about the game of football. The camp take place at Mount Mansfield Union High School.
MMU Youth Football Camp will be held on July 18-22, from 5:30-8:00PM. The daily schedule may change depending on the number of players in the camp, age of the campers, and the availability of special guests and motivational speakers.
The cost of camp is only $75.00 for the week. The fee also includes a camp t-shirt. If two people from the same family are attending the camp, the cost is $110.00. The cost for three from the same family is $165.00 Needs based scholarships are available; inquire with Coach Richards. The 19th annual ALL
NET Basketball camp, run by Mt. Mansfield Union High School’s Boys Varsity
Coach Jeff Davis and Rice High School’s Boys Varsity Coach Paul Pecor will be
held at Mt. Mansfield Union High School from June 20-June 24.
The morning session, from 9am-12pm is for players entering grades 3-6,
and the afternoon session from 1-4pm for grades 7-9.
